Digital Techniques manufactures its product to a very high standard. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period, your unit will be repaired, replaced, or renewed with a comparable product (whichever is deemed necessary by Digital Techniques) if it becomes defective or inoperative. This warranty is done without charge to you for parts or labor. You will be responsible for shipping costs and any taxes associated. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damages or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. This warranty does not cover labor charges for installation or setup of this product, installation performance or repair of audio/video cabling, telephone line, or accessory attachments used with the product, reception transmission caused by signal conditions, telephone lines or cable, damage caused by viruses, access connections (telephone or broadband), including charges from your communications provider. Digital Techniques is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media contained within the Digital Techniques product or any non-Digital Techniques product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery or re-installation of programs, data or other information is not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Digital Techniques. This warranty is non-transferable. Digital Techniques will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of data, or damaged caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.
